Tecnotelai manufactures industrial containers with different sizes depending on their employment. Industrial containers can be divided in two macro groups different for the material with which the container is realized: metal industrial containers and plastic industrial containers. The two categories suggest to the customer a range of solutions to better meet operational needs of industrial container’s employment.

Tecnotelai manufactures a varied and complete range of industrial containers. They can be divided in two groups depending on the production material: open metal industrial containers and industrial containers with handles; plastic industrial containers as polystyrene and polypropylene and more other.

Metal industrial containers

This product line of metal industrial containers includes:

• Open industrial containers, made of pressed and shaped steel. They are stackable and can be accessorized with separators with support and galvanized metal. Equipped with rear handle and lifting cross, open industrial containers are oven coated with synthetic enamels green RAL 6011.
• Industrial containers with handles, available in three sizes and capacities. Stackable and made of metal sheet, they are equipped with two adjustable handles and oven coated with synthetic enamels.
• Industrial containers with bottom opening, made of moulded reinforced steel orange RAL 2004. These industrial containers are equipped with handles for lifting with forklifts. Bottom opening in the centre and divided into two parts which close automatically with ground support. Industrial containers with bottom opening are equipped with two safety chains and are manufactured in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/CE.
• Industrial containers for high capacities, available in different sizes and models. They are made of moulded reinforced steel or electro-welded mesh 40x40. In addition to the standard colour green RAL 6011, you can have colour orange RAL 2004 and blue RAL 5010.

Plastic industrial containers

The range of plastic industrial containers includes a wide variety of products:

• Polystyrene industrial containers, made of first quality resistant material. They are stackable and shock-resistant containers, equipped with lateral joints, available with or without a fixed separator.
• Polyethylene industrial containers, impact resistant and oil-resistant. Stackable containers made of high-density and selected materials that enable the development of robust industrial containers, resistant to impacts, temperature changes, oil, solvents and acids in general. They are available in two versions: green with lateral joints and without lateral joints in different colours.
• Recycled polypropylene industrial containers. The use of recycled materials allow the creation of economic but equally strong and resistant to impact and oils industrial containers. Offered in various sizes, they are available in three colour variants: blue, green and red.
• Food industrial containers, made of nontoxic polypropylene. They are stackable, impact resistant and injection moulded with solid walls. Particularly suitable for use in all industrial and commercial sectors, they are unaffected by alkalis, oils, solvents and acids. They don’t absorb moisture and odours and they may contain foodstuffs. They have an alveolar bottom and can be equipped with a black top.
• Polypropylene industrial containers, stackable up to 4 pieces only with one cover. They are suitable for industrial and commercial use and stowage in general. Unaffected by alkalis, oils, solvents and acids this industrial containers can be transported by forklift and nestable for storing in void.
• Industrial containers for batteries palletized and stackable up to 3 pieces. Made in nontoxic injection moulded polyethylene, this industrial containers are approved for the storage and transport of used batteries, equipped with labels and inner polyethylene bag.
